As the weather gets SO much colder here in Vancouver, my skin gets SO much more dry. The cold air tends to really irritate my skin, which leads to breakouts and a dull complexion. I have found that rather than trying to spot treat my skin, it's best to pump hydration into it to fight the dullness all together. So...here are some of my current favourites that have truly been saving my skin from this cold weather we have been having!
Products (used in order) :

1. Brazened Honey Face Mask - Lush
I haven't really been using clay masks in a while because I feel like they only dry out my skin and give me breakouts the next day (even though they are "purifying" my skin, I just don't want a breakout, ya know?) A good physical exfoliation is a must for my skin in order to leave it baby bottom soft. I use this 1-2 times per week!
2. A-Derma Dermalibour Foaming Gel
This is the most gentle cleanser ever, I use it after I have taken my makeup off with my Micellar water.
This toner is perfection. It is so hydrating but also helps get rid of any incoming breakouts, balances the skin's pH, and is not sticky at all like some toners I've tried.
4. Hyalu B5 Serum - La Roche - Posay
This has made all the difference in the way my skin has been feeling lately. It is extremely thick and hydrating and my skin soaks it right up. I truly have noticed such a difference in my skin's hydration after using this.
I am so in love with this moisturizer, because it is very thin and has a watery consistency but is super moisturizing you only need a very thin layer. The ONLY thing I don't love about is it doesn't come in a glass pump or jar, so you have to make sure your hands are very clean before sticking your fingers in the little tub.
