It is my honour to be a part of your journey
I have worked in the mental health space for over 6 years, and have dreamed of becoming a therapist since I was 13 years old. I have always believed in the magic of our minds and made it my goal to help others have their mind be a peaceful place to be.
I understand how frustrating the journey to becoming and showing up as your ideal self can be when you feel like you've tried it all. My role is to help you get to your ideal state of being. My personal journey, years of experience, education, and incredible clients are what ignite me in this line of work. My practice focuses on working with women dealing with anxiety, self-esteem issues, and the gut-mind connection.
I often see women dealing with anxiety and gut issues simultaneously. I take a holistic approach to treatment planning and take a look at diet, stress, and deep-rooted beliefs that can all contribute to the mind-gut disruption you may be facing.
To be able to be a part of, and witness people become their ideal selves is my ultimate honour as a therapist. I would be honoured to be a part of your journey and look forward to getting to know you and watching you evolve. In my free time, you can find me going on walks with an iced coffee in hand, playing with my sweet dog Lexi, going for a run, or lounging around with my family.
